2-18 Five crappie and 3+ bass
President's Day off, so hit Alder once the ice had thawed. Bass fished first and only one bite in 2+ hours. This 3.3 pounder...
opps 
...flipped off the ruler. Next shot got her...
Went back to the house and got the crappie rod. Caught 5 small crappie in a little over an hour. Big fish was only 9.75". THey all appeared to be bucks. Maybe the females will start moving shallower in the next 2-3 weeks.
Top 5 crappie = 42.75"

Yeah, I saw him from a distance. Have seen him from afar several times. Do not know who he is. Maybe he will post up?
