Who is planning on going to this and which day? It's just down the road from me so I might get the 3 day pass.
I waited as long as I could, but the Village People are already catching Bass, and the bug has bitten. I'm officially licensed to fish all around the area. I have number stickers and 2013 fishing stickers on both boats ($155.00) as well as my non resident VA license ($47.00) Got a bit of good news from DC, anyone 65 and older resident or non gets to fish DC without a license. The free senior license I got ftrom MD last year costs $5 now, but it still includes the trout stamp.

I like that, the "Village People". The die hards are catchin' them up!
I can't go Friday or Saturday due to another commitment and I HAVE to ride my bike on Sunday....65 degree weather!
I do plan on going to the Frederick Show next week and then on down to Richmond the week after.
Thanks for the reminder about the licenses....need to get DC and VA. My PRFC has the boat covered.

Bob- how was the show?
George- catch any smallies?
I did a 27 mile bike ride in foggy, misty and cool conditions. Not quite the 65-70 degree weather that the meteorologists were promising, I mean, predicting.

I went Saturday with 3 hours to spend before another appointment. To me the show was a disappointment, mostly bay baits and charters I heard the seminars were very good, but I didn't have the time to attend. I did enjoy chatting with Capt Mike. There weren't many there so it was easy getting to the captains. Spoke with one of the vendors I knew who said there were only 47 people there Friday and couldn't wait for Sunday afternoon.

So....was it the $12 entry fee? Lack of advertising? Nice day outside?
