heavyweights

sometimes i think we put too much emphasis on calibrating our quarry

i fished a pond in chantilly last night

some beavers have moved back in, and are darn near clear cutting the place

we had the wind and the sun so i heaved a little rattle trap

i think the water was just too cold

that pond in particular_the trap can be deadly, but when the water fall below 50degrees ....knot

took a while but at length- mr twister micro smoke started wining some customers

none were better than 14"

most were far shorter

but i appreciated those fish

right before sunset, there was a burst of activity

then, it shut off.

at 4.30 it was all over
