There is nothing like providing fishing opportunities to young kids. I took a kid (my neighbor) to Severn River for white perch fishing. I took him after work to local fresh water twice a week ago. And he was skunked twice in a row. I needed to something about the skunk. I chose Severn River to stop the skunk streak. This was his first WP fishing trip.
We planned to bring many WP home for a 4th of July gathering in our cul-de-sac next day. We caught over 50 WP and kept about 40 at 9-13.5”. The most of WP were 10-12”.
My wife (very good cook) prepared fish tacos. She made WP Tempura and pan fried WP. The WP fish tacos were delicious.
Kid and all of us had fun:

Good job on both counts, taking that young guy fishing and serving it up to the neighborhood! After watching this and the spearfishing video, I think from now on the end of all your videos should include an ending where you show how it ultimately gets prepared in the end...Snakehead next???
