Chesapeake LTJ

Had a great day with Walleye Pete out of Solomons last Sunday.  Jigged up 50 or so at CCNPP and another 25 at Cedar Point, Honga river bridge and various Eastern Shore points.  Most of the fish were in the 18-24" class - would have been legal on Monday.  Really learned a lot about fishing these spots and about light tackle jigging in general.  If you get the chance, spend a day with Pete.  If anyone would like to make up a weekday charter let me know - he takes four at a time.  Full day is $475 plus tip, half day is $350.

Expected the weather to be really nasty but it was bright and sunny all day.

Re: Chesapeake LTJ

Didn't see any Specs but connected with several rays at the bridge.  Lots of very "fishy" points back there produced nice Stripers and could easily hold Specs.  A little early.
