Bob Morgan and I launched at 5:45 and were fishing by 6:30. It was cold and a little damp, but no rain to mention of.   No herring to be found, so we used fresh cut spot. The rockfish were not biting, but Bob did put this 21# blue cat in the boat.

Will try again tomorrow morning.
