Just an imposter ! I'm actually cooking down-east North Carolina style BBQ this weekend for our church picnic on my pig cooker.......about 120 lbs off the bone. Start the cooker up about 11pm Sat night and do an all-nighter to be done about noon on Sunday. Ernie knows my BBQ! Then I do it all over again on the 12th for a work picnic. No rest for the weary .
