With all the great guides we have on the Potomac, how do they determine that he is the top fishing guide 11 years running? Is that a self proclaimed title?

It's the bad guides that need to promote on the level that Chaconas does...and who the hell put a fish on someones line so they can fight it for? Seems very unnecessary to me. A good guide can put you on fish rather than plant one.

Wasn't he in talk radio at one point? Makes sense he would have such connections in radio.
