If you thought Cedar algae was bad yesterday.................
....you should have seen Tipacanoe today. 
About 1/5 of the lake was an algae mat this morning. I left Tipacanoe to go fish Cedar with a mouse and ended up with 4 dinks that busted through the mats to take the mouse. Very few fish are shallow right now.
Hell or High Water...........I'm Fishin!!
