Fly Fishin'
Hey Ernie,
Thanks for the great trip to the Doah! I had a great time. I have been thinking about it ever since. You know I was think of a way to get some good Fly throwin' practice in and I was wondering if we might try to plan a trip to the Rapidan river for some trout fishing.
Let me know what you think and maybe we can get a trip in before summer's out.

Are you kidding???? Any time!!! As a matter of fact, I may do that same float on July 4th from 6-11AM. Or I might do up around Point of Rocks.
Here's the deal....I am always ready and willing to fish anywhere. All we have to do is schedule it.
Will trout be available in summer in the Rapidan?
My only limitation is my knees. Walking...not too good. Wading....OK for a while as long as the bottom is stable (I can wear felt soles).
Other than that.....let's go. We have the arsenal!
