I saw you surfing the jon on the west side of the island on my way back from the river.

You certainly earned your keep today!

Re: ashburn monday

i got a new battery yesterday, after my two month old wal-mart special would no longer take a charge.

i thought the old battery was losing power over time, but the new unit made it clear just how much.

almost had her planing... ( joking )

so i read up on marine batteries, and learn it is poor practice to run one dead, recharge, and run it dry again on in the same 24 hr period.

the deep, frequent discharge cycles really take the starch out of them, which explains the short service life of the 1st unit
