cedar mon

i had the place  to myself on a pleasant evening

i was getting some bites on a senko, weightless but not wacky.

i caught maybe ten in two hours, with a good one being + or - 12".

i got some w/ long casts toward the middle.

let it drop, lift once or twice, reel all the way to the top, let it drop, etc.

for me, most of the shallow bite has gone bye-bye, as has the jig bite

Re: cedar mon

I am going to try to get the yak out again and drift the middle of the pond. I caught some decent ones doing that on the hot Sunday last week.

Time to go fishin' again!
