saturday, Heron and Cedar pm

this is my first post so i gotta figure out how to put up pictures... anyways, i fished heron yesterday evening mostly with a wacky worm, caught a couple of punks, then i had a huge hit... i managed to land a very nice, fat, healthy lmb, it was by far  the best  fish i have caught in the village. after all that excitement i stopped by the back of cedar ( closet to ashburn rd ) i was standing above a drainage pipe and fishing a green wacky worm right at dark i felt a decent hit and set the hook and the carp went crazy!!! my field and stream ultra light was holding on to this massive fish! people on the deck above came and looked down at the incredible fight i was having... i go the carp pretty close to shore but i was forced to cut the line... or be faced with a broken pole.. but it sure was a great end to a awsome night of fishing!

somebody please tell me how to post pics...

Go to photobucket.com and set up a free account. It's pretty easy to navigate. one you upload your pictures (save them to your computer), use the bottom link (they give you 4 of them). Just copy and paste it on to your report.

Re: saturday, Heron and Cedar pm

very nice fish

the grass is easier on fish than asphalt

try to be gentle with them, particularly the big ones, as they are important to the ecology of the water
