Richmond Shad run!

Heya guys, thought I'd post up a report on Richmond in case you guys ever come down this way smile

The Shad are running hard up the James right now, just this weekend I hit over 100+ from the bank and on the kayak.  Yesterday they were slamming the white/chartreuse mini-clousers I tied, here's a little peak!

nice Simon! Thanks for the pics, I've been wanting to see what size the running shad are.

Re: Richmond Shad run!

The pics make them look a bit small, they're about 1.5ft long and fight as hard or harder than smallies, and they have some jumps too!  They're nicknamed baby tarpon big_smile
