Kayak/Canoe launch ramp in Lansdowne

There is a ramp in Lansdowne that some of you guys use to launch your kayaks to access the Potomac River. I hear there is a parking lot too.

I am trying to locate this ramp as I plan to fish it in early spring. Can anyone be kind enough as to tell me how to find this ramp? Is it located near the Lansdowne Town Center?

Also, how is the fishing in that area of the river? Are there good bass and catfish action there?

Kephart Ridge....we fished it a couple of times last summer! There is a parking lot for 13-14 cars.

There are a few largemouth bass, more smallmouth bass and I am sure there are some cats. The ramp is on Goose Creek and one needs to paddle down to the Potomac River (maybe a mile).
