Cedar, 10-9-08

Fished for 1 hour between 5:15-6:15 PM. Only had two real bites. One was 4-5 ounces the other couldn't quite make 1 pound. I threw wacky worms every which way but it was slow.

I went between 6 40 and 7 10 and caught two.  One was a pound the other was four ounces.  The guy next to me had a fly rod and said he was getting a lot of big blue gill.

The 'hood kids have been fishing behind my house and nailing big blue gills on pieces of hot dog. They were frustrating Curly!

Re: Cedar, 10-9-08

The other day when I was out there (Monday) the kids with the hot dogs pulled in a bluegill that they asked me to unhook. It may very well have been close to a citation bluegill....it was huge!

If it were easy, they'd call it catching!
